I agree, it could easily just be sisterly, completely platonic love considering you're BEST FRIENDS. Please consider that you may just be wrongly assuming she is gay and then every loving act from her... you see is "proving" your hunch when it could just be sisterly love!

Just tell her that you are flattered but you don't like her in that way. I had the same thing happen to me and that's what I said and it all worked out. She's still my friend to this day.
