I feel the exact same way. I haven't really dated in a long time. for me it happened kinda slowly then as time went on it just kinda became my norm. I'm not sure if I even know how to date anymore. It just seems to me sooo many women are just looking for money. Not all are, but now a days the majority are. :(

I went dateless for over 7 years. When I met my now wife, I didn't "date" her. I just found ways to be around her. I told her I hated clothes shopping but had to go to the mall, and she offered to help me out. From there we became friends, and were not romantic for two months. Don't date, just spend time with people you like. You can a bit sneaky too, like I was. I knew she would offer to come with me to the mall.

^ is right. "Dating" is a joke. Just spend time with people you like.^2 I won't argue the point... I know I'M not, but I have a career of my own and it's very unlikely that anyone is going to outearn me. However, aren't a majority of men just looking for someone hot? Before you answer, ask yourself who you would choose: a very pretty (perhaps beautiful) young receptionist with a good body, or a fit, toned doctor who was not nearly so pretty?Thought so.

I'm now 19 and have never had a bf. I'm not ugly or fat in any way, I'm just a bit antisocial when it comes to guys i guess. I was very close to getting one in 9th grade but he turned out to be an a** ****. I'm not losing hope and you shouldn't either :)
