Being alone isn't always so bad. Would you rather be with someone who lied to you and hurt you on a regular basis? You can talk to someone about depression...just try to focus on the blessings that you do have.:) Good luck to you....

Start making positive changes in your life. Start eating well, exercising, maybe get a dog if you can afford it and promise not to abandon him in a few years (those people are horrible). You will get happier and meet people.

begin taking small steps to gradually make positive changes in your life. take a walk every evening. smile at a stranger, better yet strike up a conversation with a stranger - who knows that stranger is likely to become a friend. if the depression continues after being thankful for what you do have - seek counciling. help is available. good luck to you, friend. a smile for you!

I am so sorry for your feeling like this. I felt like I was finially getting a grasp on my direction. I returned to college, working part time and am a single mother. Then...yesterday I found out that I have a blood clot in my leg and there was complications with my finantial aide which means that I cannot go to college this quarter. Also...I cannot get back onto full time. So in 2 days, i have lost my health, my school, and cannot get more hours. I life does not suck. I am not angry or bitter. I am just redirecting my goals and making the best of it. Good luck to you. I will smile for you today.
