Go to a A.A. meeting.. That was one of the best things I ever done for MYSELF...

A.A. meetings may help you. I've attended them and it was very beneficial. People from all walks of lives attend in a personal, yet group effort, to overcome their challenge with alcoholism and relate to some of their underlying causes for starting to drink excessively.
