I promise you they won't be better off. I am currently taking care of a "daughter" of a man that believe the same as you. After her dad killed himself, it destroyed her life. Oh she has had wonderful financial opportunities, but her personal life has been a mess. Her self-esteem is shot to hell, and she almost married a nightmare of a man, and she has even looked suicide right in the eye herself. Two years of counciling and she is just starting to come out of it. I am living your children's future, and I promise .. it isn't better just because they have money. On a side note, his daughter, is one of the most wonderful women on the planet, and I am proud to call her mine, I feel sorry for the stupid bastard that walked away from the experiences that I am getting to share with her. Get help!
