~~~its ok. I'm a full grown man and i'm addicted to playing golf and baseball and football and sometimes me and my buddies get together and watch sports on tv for hours and watch highlights over and over sometimes scream and hollar at the tv.Its all good as Long as you take care of business.

Playing video games when after your kids are asleep isn't a sign of addiction. Ignoring your kids to play video games when they are awake would be a sign of addiction. You like video games- that's no big deal. A lot of people do; even some 40 year olds. As long as you are spending time with your kids, you're going to be just fine.
