There are a lot of people who never suck up. They're called Janitors. Seriously though, keeping a positive work relationship with coworkers, especially your boss isn't being two-faced. It's called working. I work to make money. I don't work to assert my personality, express myself, or to practice being honest. My coworkers love me, even the ones who I don't like. It's not that I'm two-faced, it's that I'm professional, and this is my job.
