Im in the same predicament, except 4 years later she is out and about and i'm pondering how to get us back. Take a stand. Find what prevents the two of you from being together and abolish it. Best of luck comrade!!!!

If you truly love her and want her to be happy, then you should really part ways. No good will come from you being friends and wanting more. Leave on good terms and maybe someday, you will re-connect. -esc

yea, I don't get why people can't be together when they love each other romantically... I've been the one broken up with and I do think he still loved me but I didn't get why we had to break up.
