I find it's typical parenting these days to not care if their child disrespects someone else be it property privacy or space (skateboarding, loud music, swearing). Taking the appropriate legal steps sounds like a good option. With the times being as they are if you were to ask the kid to move away from in front of your house without getting the law involved you will just have to deal with an irate parent.

I wouldn't worry too much if an EMT told me I'd never have kids...I mean they're an EMT for god's sake, not a doctor, not a nurse, hell, I'm pretty sure they don't have as much training as a medical assistant. I'd be much more concerned if an urologist told me so after a series of tests he'd assuredly need before making that determination with any sort of certainty.
