Sounds about right to me. The system is biased against fathers. It just is. Mine was an alki and a cheater. She got the kids. She even told me to my face that she would kill herself if she didn't get custody. I believed her. After she got custody and I got a new GF and even married her, my ex completely resisted letting me see the kids. Now she thinks I was a bad father who didn't spend enough time with my kids.

The system is against both parents. It is called parental alienation and it happens ALL the time. Damn courts make it worse by not telling the crazy parent to LET THEIR KIDS SEE THE OTHER PARENT or THEY go to jail. Instead they get all PC and whimpy so the craziness continues. Happened to my brother with his two kids. He hasnt seen them in years. But if HE doesnt pay child support you BET his ass goes to jail.

Id just like to say, i got accused of cheating for yrs, and i was not! Some ppl are so insecure they ultimately end up pushing a good woman to extremes she didn't know she was capable of. I loved that man with all my heart but after yrs of mental abuse, a broken clavicale and multiple bruises and bumps, i did what he was acused me of all those time. Yes i felt bad, but he murdered are love yrs before!

i'm truly sorry you are missing yopur children. wish i had some words of encouragement but i know if i were without my kids there wouldn't be anything anyone could say. find strenght to pray and if you can't find people to pray about the situation, children are always the ones who get caught in the middle and noone relizes that because they are to caught up in their own grief. the children are the only ones who matter in a situation like this and need both parents and neither parent should forget that and use the kids against each other. god bless you and your children and your future.

Thats so sad. I KNOW for a fact that if I divorced my husband for whatever reason I would never not let him see his children. And he would do the same for me in fact we wouldn't even need a court involved, as we both understand who is most important and thats the Children. Some people like to claim maturity and adulthood and thats fine but both are nothing without wisdom. Grow up soon people!

i am not sure what states people are in, BUT in Illinois, not allowing a parent to see their child when their is an approved court dictated visitation order, is illegal and called visitation interference which in all likelihood cause the children to be taken by the courts and appointed a special advocate. check your states laws.

Wow, I would never do that to my kids father. I know what is important, and as long as he wants to see them I will let him, on his terms. My job works around me better than his around him. They need you as much as her, I hope it happens for you and the kids.
