Is it better to live a terrible, useless worthless, joyless life rather than at least try to leave? Better yet, why don't you kill him first? Just make it look like an accident, or feed his body to the pigs.

^RUN!! FAST AND FAR!! Years ago I had an exboyfriend tell me the same thing. I broke it off over the phone and looked over my shoulder for a long time:( About 6 years later he did try to break in my house while I was sleeping, but my big mean rot stopped him:) Long story short...the day I left him is the day I really started living! It hasn't been all roses and sunshine, but at least I don't live in fear anymore.

You and me both.If I leave he will kill me. He's said so and I know he will do it. He has the guns to prove it.

Most likely your spouse feels the same way. Why not improve both your lives and go your separate ways?

You should be happy that you have someone. You can share a bed, and the bills. What more do you need?

Well it takes two. What aren't you doing that your partner thought you should?

Love never kills. Love can cause pain but pain is usally short lived if you want it to be. I have been married 10 yrs and have gone through "loveless" years but are more in Love than we have ever been. It's been a struggle but well worth for where we are today. Amazing. IF you feel that Love kills then you know nothing of what Love actually does. Love is a creator not a destroyer.
