God you doomsday people are annoying. NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN IN 2012. After its 2013 there will be a new round of doomsday stuff to talk about. I have a friend who wont have anymore kids because he doesn't want to have to have a kid because he thinks he will have to fight for food.

when the things of the prophesy come to past it won't happen when anyone ever predicted but rather when noone is exspecting. besides the world thought that the 60's n 70's were the sign of the times but that was 40 some yrs ago. yes we are seeing more stuff that shouldn't be accepted in the world today but if you realy think about it and the stuff that actually took place in the bible the world hasen't even become close to the destruction that you read about and those alive at the time saw. this world today has a ways to go befor we get to where they were (look at(sp) sodom and gamora) GOD has way more paitence then you could ever imagine. you can't live your life waiting for it, then you stop living.

I am actually impressed by this post. Usually it's the same old story; lost love, incest, or mindless dribble. I read a little more on Michael Nostradomus the other day, and I began to think of the times he was living in. France at that time was racked with civil war, the plague, famine, and etc. People were grinding acorns for bread. In these dark times he began practicing his own version of medicine, making tonics for plague victims and studying ancient astrological texts. Around this very same time the printing press was invented, and Nostradamus had access to a press. In a way he used this in a manor that any marketing genius would have. He made his almanacs very small and portable (like the zodiac calendars in the grocery store), and they were filled with mostly home remedies, astrological dribble yet very little quatrain (prophecies). He made a good living off these almanacs because of the people were obsessed with the "end times" mentality. It made sense, don?t you think? to capitalize of the doom and gloom of the minds of those around him. It is done to this day, so it is very important to use a filter when dealing with the information you read. Sorrowful and macabre mentality is only human nature in dark times, yet I also theorize that in dark times, our psychic potential is tapped with a greater ease. ?Z

Well to go with the dark times theory...The "conspiracy" theories out there aren't all made up..some of them have to be true and yet all of them possible. We are in "darktimes" as in freedoms ebing taken away everyday food chemicals chemical water fkae plauges like swine flu or bird flu or snake flu or chicken flu....why then did they build underground bases/cities to house billions of seeds for future generations? There is also many more things down below like trains water etc...they are stacking and getting ready for......???? (im in healthcare)-- check out the med resistant bacterias online- theres MRSA for one, and now theres a resistant strain of TB. by constantly developing stronger antibiotics and over prescribing them we have trained certain bacterias to become resistant to treatment. (for example, when you dont finish your antibiotics, you have allowed the strongest ones to survive, only to multiply) Bacteria will do us in my friend, way before doomsday.

People have had doomsday prophecies as long as modern humans have walked the earth. It is incomprehensible to imagine we are here without a purpose and/or there is no order in the cosmos. Personally, I live my life just not knowing. I would much rather live with that unanswered question than to just make something up or play follow the leader.
