Don't be so shy, don't be scared, and don't start with asking the hottest girl either. Pick a girl that is down to earth, and chat her up. See how the conversation goes, and ask her if she wants to go to a movie, for a drink, ect. Just say something specific all she can do is give a reason she can't or won't go. It isn't that hard.
