Rough! If you loved them but didn't say it, they knew by your actions anyway... I'm a Grandparent raising grandchildren and I have no doubt that they love me and they tell me several times a day as they are also told all day every day! You live what you learn. Maybe her/him grandparents didn't tell her/him they loved her. Go to grief counseling and get it out, honey! Blessings.
