One of my former bosses chose the first name "Ron" when he came to America, but he can't even pronounce it, it always comes out WON. What a stupid f***, he could have chosen any name he wanted to, but chose one he couldn't pronounce.BTW, the Chinese go by their last names in China, so when they come here they have to choose a first name, I don't know if it's required or not, but they always do.
