2^ well i was able to move on, but then when my bandmate lost his GF, all the old familiar longings and pain came creeping back. As I helped encourage him, I began to understand that my heart was still with someone else. I guess what I am saying is that you need a support system to help you. though moving on is something only you can do on your own, it also helps to have to have those willing to let you air your heart break. Writing helps, and so does getting back to your roots. I vent my pain into music and because it can handle it. :z
