I dont understand why women don't think about this before they get in this predicament. If you wanted to leave a man, do you have the education / resources / money to support yourself? If not, and then you proceed to have a child or several, they you know for sure you are stuck there whether you want to be or not.

I was were you are now, about 5 years ago. No kids, thank god, but I left with nothing but my clothes and a toothbrush, stayed with my parents and friends till I could afford a small place. Now, I have a home, a man who loves me, and my life back. Find a women's shelter or reach out to family/friends, and leave!! It's hard, yes, a definite uphill bettle, but totally worth it. If you still have any self-worth left, take your stuff and get out!!

Sweetheart, if he hits you and everyone knows it next time better be the last time. Plan it out. Hide knives around the house so when he comes after you, you can protect your damn self! What are you thinking letting him hit you? There are many things you can do. Leave or get creative.

Some women enjoy it. It a way to get attention both from him while it's happening and from others afterwards. Do something soon or everyone will give up on you and know this is true. I'm not saying the man isn't to blame, but some women do enjoy the drama. Decide what you want girl this is your life not his.
