I am in the same boat. I feel like I am convenient when he needs something but ignored when he is busy. I cant say goodbye but sometimes I pray he will so I can be free!!! Try and make yourself happy without his approval - your kids will love you more for it!

I have never had a woman and kids be "Convienient" to keep around. Thats just all ass backwards. But anyway, you need to talk and express your feelings to your husband. Kids will put a strain on a marriage. Presumably your a young couple and your working your way this this new venture. There is bound to be discontent. A lot of men feel like they went from "First Place" with you to "Second Place" or lower with their wives when the kids arrive because a lot of women turn their lives into and channel all their love into the kids. Then the man becomes nothing more than a tool for the woman to use to help support the womans needs for her life with the kids. You all need to discuss this topic and know where each other are coming from.
