Everyone is on a downswing. The Democratic (read: Reid and Frank) push to put poor people in homes they couldn't afford through Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae started this whole mess and dragged the country into an economic abyss. Bush continued the problem by bailing out the banks and now Obama is multiplying the resulting debt by spending money we don't have and pushing health care reform we can't afford. Don't worry about it, let the government take care of you.

I have gone through two major financial disasters in my life. One time I lost my beautiful home I had worked my butt off for. Both times I destroyed my credit rating. But during this recession my wife and I are doing great financially. Hard times are for the lessons they teach you. Do some soul searching to try to understand why you needed to go through this. Then, believe in yourself, go after what you want, and give it 100%. You WILL turn it all around.
