Oh hon... there is so much more to life than being thin. You miss so much when you spend every moment obsessing over your weight. There are people out there who will judge you for how you look, but there are also people out there who will love you for who you are on the inside. Learn to love yourself and the calories and judgements won't plague you. I am not saying to just eat whatever, but life is best enjoyed in balance. You can be happy and healthy with the enjoyment of food at times. Being obsessed is out of balance. I know our culture places so much emphasis on this but it is such a lie. What is most important is to love yourself for who you are within.

Fat costs this economy and health care more than any other malady, hundreds of billions every year. Thin may not be everything but it is the healthy thing. Any one proud of being fat is in denial. Thin does not require a lot of work, just awareness. Americans by and large eat way too much everytime they eat, studies show this and our colective weight proves it. You can eat anything you want just don't eat it to excess as most people do.

We all wish we could eat what ever we wanted and not gain weight or have tooth decay or end up with colon cancer. Don't fret about it too much and remember that everything in moderation is fine. It's just hard to keep the portions down of things that taste so good!Pizza! Cookies! Cake! Hamburgers and fries! CHEESE! MAN food is awesome!
