I know how you feel, everyone's always talking about a sports player or pop singer that died. You hear about it over and over and no one that's talking even knew that person. When someone that you love dies no one seems to pay any attention and it seems horrible! It is better to greive in peace. I wanted you to know I felt that way too. Like the world didn't care the best person in the world had just left.

I'm sorry for your loss, and I do understand it all too well. If someone messed up the headstone, they could and SHOULD fix it at no charge. Honestly, I would demand it.

OP- They are going to fix it free of charge of course but that will never fix the shock and horror I experienced when I went to visit and saw it. I was the first person in the family ready to go visit so I am the one who had to let everyone else know. Nothing will relieve that pain.
