As a guy I wish chicks would just admit they like you, your never know what could come-out-of-it. If you love someone you should always tell them life is to short. She probably cheats on him anyways and then brags to you about it.

I totaly agree with the guy before. Go for it! tell him before its too late, hey you never know, he might feel the same for you. besides it's better to do it now before there married, then you say something to him after... then that would be way worse. Good luck and keep us posted!!
