no, it's not about marriage... peer pressure, maybe. Professional pressure, damn straight. And I'd rather not mess up a wonderful friendship (or what used to be one), which is why I won't allow myself to go there.

My grandfather always said, 'You can wish in one hand and piss in the other and you'll see which one gets filled first.'. Stop wishing and start doing.

If you loved this person "so much"; then why would it matter how you met. Oh wait; could it be peer pressure? If so, perhaps you may want to wake up and realize that we are not on the playground @ school anymore. Some things just don't matter after you've matured. Who knows, maybe this person regrets how you met as well. If they make you happy, you feel sense of calm with them. Well, your silly for not pursuing.

^ Dummy, Maybe they met after they were both married to people that don't understand them or weren't who they thought. That's what I get outa that! Good for them to have the decency to know it's wrong.

Dude! If it used to be a beautiful friendship... what else have you got to lose then? Go for it! Seriously. True love is very rare, and what if you are missing the best opportunity you have?

If you loved them why did you leave? Professional pressure? Really? Lame excuse, people should be more important than a job.

Maybe the person they love doesn't know. Maybe they fell for a married person or their boss?
