Females represent the important part of the procreational partnership. Males contribute millions of sperm on a minute-by-minute schedule that can be delivered at any given time. The female, on the other hand delivers one "egg" to the equation on a monthly basis. One male can service hundreds, even thousands on females while one female can only contribute one offspring in a year (or so). I'd say that is the basis for the greater guilt syndrome that our socalled civilized society places on the female of our species. With modernity has come the ability for both sexes to "play" but the primary biological command is still the same through eons of evolution. Sex is for species propagation not fun. The fun part was/is a way to encourage/ensure propagation (in less than sentient animals). Think about it, if there were no orgasm would you be interested in sex?
