I stayed with a man for 7 years that beat me down physically and emotionally. It happened in the beginning, but I stayed anyway because I loved him so much. what happens is you grow up, you know longer need a father or dominate figure, you realize you can control your own life. Maybe you are getting to that point. If not, you still have growing up to do... good luck sweetheart

Leaving will be exhilarating, liberating, and is the best way to clean your slate, start over, and be who YOU are. (not who he wants you to be). Stop allowing your situation in life to determine your self worth, and leave him. You can do it!!

You can do it . Things can be so much better for you. I have been in your shoes. Now I am so happy and will never let anyone hurt me agian. Be strong and just leave. If he hurts you he does NOT love you.
