I refuse meds at work when I have cramps or a headache because I'm so easily addicted to pills that if I accept one I'm afraid I'll down my sleeping pills later |

I am there with you. I stay away from pain pills specifically because I could easily abuse them. I have to stay in control. It would be so easy to give into them.
