My boss is pretty cheap too. I'm not starving exactly, but I am eating into savings every month when the bills come in. It's a slow burn and I can maintain for a while, but I HATE that I'm losing my savings over this job. Just keep looking, believe me I know there's not much out there and what is out there is already being filled, but if you plug away you'll get something.

OP here, I didn't have enough room to explain... My boss was given the company by his wealthy parents, he is so cheap he won't even pay for necessary maintenance on the building we work in, I have no problem with people going to school and working their way up to become successful that is why I'm in school and I have been looking for a second job for over 5 months and can't find one. I am very happy I am lucky enough to have a job at all, I know how hard times are right now.
