I don't understand the secret... Not trying to be rude, just don't understand. Did your son molest his cousin? And what does a bat have to do with it? If it was your son did you get him counseling? How young was he when it occured? So many questions.

Protect your children at all costs, I say! He got what he deserves, now get your son the help he needs.

I think I get it; it's a matter of a missing comma that makes it a little confusing; the "son" and "cousin" are one in the same. If there was a comma after the word "son" it would be a little clearer. So I think that the person writing the secret has a son that was molested by his or her cousin of whom he has exalted some sort of revenge. I would assume a beating with a baseball bat (although simply burning the evidence doesn't mean you'll get away with it) or framing them somehow (hence the whole "rot" business implies prison time or possibly death). I hope that the molester got what he/she deserved, but I'm thinking that is not the case somehow and that the secret writer may have missed the mark. I'd suggest calling the police instead of some hackneyed scheme regarding a bat.

Ok, thanks for the explanation. I looked at it for so long and couldn't quite figure this one out.

Sounds like a fantasy- don't think you actually beat him with a bat and then burned the evidence in a bonfire.
