The word "God" is a northern European pagan word that was chosen about a thousand years ago as part of a successful attempt to Christianize the Europeans. A lot of charlatans, radio and television preachers use the word to advance their money making schemes. No wonder you have a problem with this polluted word. Everytime I hear people like Ted Haggard yell the word "God" for their own purposes it makes me sick. The creator used to be called "she". Even that was taken away in the year 300 when the bible was rewritten. Suggestion - don't say the word, but feel the presence of the creator in your heart.

Don't waste your time. There isn't a god. If there was ,then god is a total ego-maniac who "created" you and all the world simply to worship him. You know, for the same reason that we all have kids....
