Listen, you're not the only one annoyed by disabled people. But, think about how annoying the disabled people might find YOU to be. I too would rather be in a smokey club- damn that smoking ban.

Why dont you become a music therapist. My autistic son loved music therapy. That way you can still help disabled people and do what you love.
