That is awesome. Did you do it on your own? I believe if its something you really want to do then people can do it. Maybe some people are better at being Self Disciplined. Im proud of you. When my dad decided to stop smoking and drinking (which he did nightly) he cut back a litlle everyday and completely stopped within a month and never went back. I was always impressed with that since he smoked and drank since he was young.

Good for you! Stick to it. I lost my husband to narcotic addiction , and I can tell you, that 30 years of addiction does horrific things to a person and their body. It's good that you stopped now.
