I have no idea how you let the bitterness loose, but there are ways that you can let go of it without harming yourself or distancing others.

How do you stop from being bitter when you work in a place where women are promoted by how "friendly" they are, while I do all the work. Glad it's not my mouth that's a toilet though, so I guess I have the better deal.

Oh wow I know exactly what youre talikng about. Ive been trying to keep my mouth shut for a month now. Not going to happen. hes going hear it all. Even though all he hears is poor me poor me poor me. maybe one day hell see hes not the victim he thinks he is.
