Yeah girls, not all men agree with these post above. I for one am a male and I love implants. As long as they are under the muscle they look awesome and feel real. But some girls go too big. A good doctor would go by the girls body size and make her well proportioned to her body. So if implants help a girl fill out her bathing suit and helps her feel confident so she doesnt stoop her shoulders in a bad posture.... Go for it ladies.

Sadly, women with larger breasts get more attention because most of us males never grow out of adolescence. My wife rubs her nipples as part of her journey into deep orgasm. The nipple nerve is cut as part of the breast enlargement procedure thus lowering orgasm intensity. I don't think that these mutilated women can get hard nipples.
