i am also bulimic. a few close people know because they figured it out after seeing me go straight into the bathroom after every time i ate.

As an ex-husband to a bulemic, I ALWAYS knew...even when she told me she didn't. You can smell the puke. Sprays and toothpaste can't hide the smell. People always know.
