I'm not knocking gastric bypass surgery, because I'm sure for some it is the only option. However, it masks the real problem which is your thinking and self-esteem. TREATING A SYMPTOM IS NOT THE SAME AS FINDING A CURE. So understand your problems with weight and work on those...as you begin to see yourself as a healthy, normal person who is worth caring for, you will be able to maintain a healthy, normal weight by caring for your body.

Depending on height, this seems plausable. You really should seek therapy to understand why you were eating so much to begin with. Yes, on the outside you don't see the pain manifested as a shield of fat, but your frame of mind is still punishing you. You can do this.

I lost alomst 200 lbs form this surgery. I am so worried I will gain it back too.I am starting to overeat once again. This worries me too. But you didnt come all this way to make yourself un healthy again. This is a common problem. Please talk with your doctor. Do not sabatosh your sucess.
