If your wife does know - she doesn't care because she knows your relationship with her is stronger than some drunken fling you had.
Remind her how much you love her and don't bring it up - Some things are best kept to yourself.

Women know. Trust me. If you value your wife, you will let her know what she is dealing with, the fact that you are human. If you give her the power to make her own choices based on truth, you have given her back so much of what you have taken from both of you. She may leave, she may stay. Should she stay, your relationship will not grow with unspoken anger but rather with spoken acceptance and a chance to heal.
