As an owner of a Company if any of my employees made any such remarks to where it effected someone else whether they are Gay | A Redneck | A Different Color | Etc.
They would not have a job with my company - they would be written up with a warning and then the next time Bye - Bye
To the Poster of this . . . if he is effecting others as the owner you have ever right to do what you feel is best for your company - just as I have. Thats why I drive a Lexus thats paid for :-)
