This depends a lot on what your relationship to her is. Are you married? Living together? Do you have your own home and just visit her? If you are in a committed relationship, you should seek professional help. If the relationship is basically good, except for the fact that you no longer feel love for her, then perhaps you owe it to yourself to get some professional help, otherwise you will end up feeling the same way with the next woman you find in your life. You owe it to her, but mostly you owe it to yourself.

Stop telling her you love her. She ll get the clue soon enough. Then when she asks you if you love her, tell her your just not feeling it and havent felt it for some time. Its best she knows the truth. It will hurt but the truth always does. For her to tell you that she would die without you, dont fall for that manipulation. For her to even say that makes me think she knows deep inside that you dont really love her. She sounds very insecure.
