What did you see? I read a book called Soul signs and the author talks about the sulphur soul and how it can follow you. It happened to her.

Like you, I've had several profound scary experiences at sea that I can't explain. Focus your attention on the good things that have happened to you and the darkness will subside. If you focus your attention on the darkness, you are feeding it and it will get stronger.
