It's a long process that requires dedication and the proper equipment and supplements. Hope you're ready to commit, and remember, you can't "turn it off" at will once you are at work, running errands, etc. It can be a pain in the ass. And to the commenter who asks if there is a market for that -- yes, there is, and there are more adults willing to pay for it than you can shake a stick at.
