I am the original poster. I keep in touch with her parents, it is a fairly open adoption. I have never seen the biological father since the day he beat me and I just pray every day that he never finds out so that that little girl can grow up without drama and be with her wonderful family for the rest of her life. I have a wonderful family and a loving husband now. :)
