I wanted a girl. I had 5 ultrasounds all showing a boy. I was depressed. I love him sooo much and wouldn't trade him for all the little girls in the world. He is my angel.

God sent you that little princess on purpose! You should be so lucky to have a healthy child! There are so many people out there that would die to have a child with no health problems and or just to be able to have a child at all. Thank God for your gift.

When i was pregnant for my son. I thought if i had a boy, (i'd be a horrible mother to him)I didnt think i LIKED boy children. LOL so i was VERY scared thru my whole pregnancy. The second i layed eyes on "my son", I realized i had WORRIED over nothing, and thank god, HE knew better then I. and again was able to *teach me a lesson* thru my life :D (of WHO i really am)instead of the preconcieved *idea* of WHO i thought i was.. ( I did think I was the ONLY woman who feared this while pregnant, till just THIS moment)

I wanted boys soo bad.I thought I would be a bad "girl mom," because @ 33 y/o, my relationship w/my mother is non-existent. I always feared I would mistreat my girl the way my mother mistreated me. After two boys and my husband's Vasectomy, I wish we would have had a girl, too. I'm a great mom & most definitly NOT my mother!

I want a boy when my wife got pregnant. She had the ultrasound and found it was a girl and I was dissappointed. But now 3.5 years later, I'm glad she came along and not a boy. I would die if I couldn't see the smile on my little turds face. Thats what keeps me going is the thought of seeing her on weekends now. The only thing.
