You should read A Child Called It. This man had the courage to write a book about his horrible experiences, and nobody called him a liar. Telling someone is the first step to healing!

Help is relative. "Help" can sometimes do more haRM THAN GOOD. Opening old wounds can be dangerous, especially if you do not have the support you need. Go slowly. Healing can come in watching the sun rise, adopting a pet, and many other actions; only you know what actions will heal you. Painting, drawing and journaling are great ways to begin healing.
Revenge perpetuates and endless stream of pain and always comes back to haunt the perpetrator.
Living in the present and refusing to allow anyone to steal your joy is the best revenge. Anotherwords success is the best revenge. While I have been busy living my life those people who hurt and wronged me are being dealt with by the universal forces for truth and justice. I pray for justice every day. It works and it helps me heal. Living well is my best revenge!

I'm sorry for your pain. I agree to get help, and even if the book A Child Called It isn't true, it may help. There are 3 in the series, and it teaches how to forgive so YOU can have a life!I will pray for you too...God bless

Ask God to help you away from this dreadful burden, then open the yellow pages and look around for a therepist who specializes in childhood abuses. Call the clinics and ask for such a pereson. Get one who is the same sex as you. I did, and today I am free!!

This is my post and I have read the book A Child Called It. I really like the last comment, I wish that I could tell them how bad they messed me up but we have a restraining order in effect. To make matters worse, he got an ACD, basically he got aquitted of all charges.

First of all.. huge hugs to you. Do WHATEVER you need to do to make your life better and to make sure it doesn't happen to those after you. There are many like you. Help them.
