From OP: The thing that I find hard is that I'm not typically depressed at all. I'm a typically easy-going person and it's recent. I don't believe in medicating with lab-created substances for anything. Generations have gone by using natural remedies. It seems worth looking into the vitamin B, thank you.

I was that way too. Generally a happy person. It was depression for me, and I didn't expect it so I denied it. The hostility is a FLAG, I never had a reason for it but always felt it. Maybe there's something missing in your life that you don't realize yet?

I'm this way too. I look at my life and I basically have everything I worked so hard to get. Now I'm angry and sad all the time. It's like I don't know what to do with myself now that I don't have anything to work towards. I tried medication once. Nobody (myself included) saw a change. I did cry less but I was still sad. I've been pretty good at hiding it thus far.

OP>> LOL, Yes. Female. I'm sure that hormones contribute to all the feelings, got a good laugh though. Thanks, guys. Though, I am still fairly young (19) and am PRETTY sure it's not pre-menopausal. (not PMS, either... knew it was coming.) I think it's probably general depression, but it sure sucks. I think a lot of people have a good idea- the general "boredom" with where things are and feeling stuck. Great responses, thank you all.
