The thing is, you are saying you should've left him because you're alone now. You're not technically alone, he's still thinking of you every moment he's not fighting along side his brothers in arms. If you loved him, at all, you would support his decision to join and his deployment. You should be sending care packages and thinking of him all the time. You're not so alone, you may miss him. I grew up an Army brat, and have been around and in military my entire life. He's lonely too. It's selfish and speaks very poorly for you to consider yourself better without, I hope he has better luck overseas than he has apparently had on the homefront.

This poor Lance Corporal will be getting some help soon. The Marine Corps is relatively small. I can find this person in the picture, if that is who it really is. I am going to find him and let him know about his wife so he can get the painful part over with and move on. Plus, this will be good evidence for any contested divorce.
