This is a very common problem when you marry a women who has kids. I know. I left after five years. Now, years later, I am still single and happy. The women married and divorced again. (another guy went thru it too)
The "kids" grew up and now they are BIG idiots from what I hear. I made the right move. : )

Why are you still there. It's a no-win situation. My sister married a man with three kids who were totally out of control. He gave her the job of fixing what was wrong. She was strick, compared to what they had been used to. It was hard for him a lot of the time to not take up for them, but he stuck to his guns and kept out of it. One left, one finished school, moved away, got pregant, came back and turned to her for support. The youngest is her son and she is his mom. If your man don't do this with you, you haven't got a chance.

My story too! I love my wife with all my heart. I helped her raise her two sons for four years - it was absolute hell, I felt slimed everyday, I'm a nice guy but thoughts of murder raged through my brain. They are grown now - sometimes I still hope that they will die. Now I have my wife all to myself! She thanks me and "rewards" me frequently. She always took my side, not the boys. I did my superhuman best and won the ultimate prize.

If people would be a little more selective with whom they shared their genitals this problem would be a much more isolated incident than it is...

This happens in over 90% of the re-marries, where women have kids. The new male is not allowed to have any diciplinary input, nothing, unless it caters to the child. That can include telling the kid to take out the garbage, clean thier room, etc. Otherwise it's hands off or your hands will get cut off.
