I kind of felt that way during my wedding. I'm sorry.

I cried throughout my entire wedding ceremony. It was very embarrassing. The tears were streaming down my face. My eyes got all red. I was afraid people would think I was crying because I was sad. I was actually just in awe of my good fortune on that day. I was so happy when we got married. We've been separated for two years now and I've never been more unhappy.

It is better to be alone than miserable. This mind set makes for better dates. larrydickman123@yahoo.com

I feel for you but I don't understand ppl like you either. What kind of pressures could have "forced" you to marry someone you did not love? I've been happily married for years & my wedding day was the best day of my life. I just don't get the misery you would put upon yourself.

say no and move on ! maybe you don,t care about your life ? why hurt each other.

WOW! So you married him anyway so you will both be miserable? Why didn't you let him go find someone who would really love him then?

what a drag being married to u. why did u go through with it, if it was all so painful? are you stupid?

Honestly you shouldn't of gotten married then. A good friend of mine did the same thing on her wedding day and now after four kids and 13 years she's going through a very bitter and painful divorce. She told me the other day that she loves her children very much and is very thankful for them, but given the chance she would not do it over again becuase of all the pain her soon to be ex has caused her.

I felt the same way... and to the poster that said women need to stop pushing the guys into marriage... HE pushed ME into marrying him and I saw a way out ot a very strict hispanic family, that always said "you'll only move out of the house once you are married" I am now out o my parents house and out of the loveless and abusing marriage of 8 years and am HAPPY for the first time since my wedding day.

quitcherb****in is easier said than done. by the time you get to a wedding day lots of money is invested and a certain amount of emotion too. I asked my mother on my wedding day "should I be doing this?" She said "It's a little late to be asking that now." High stress and emotion take over our logical rational parts of our brains and it sucks that sometimes we don't have the emotional maturity to see a situation for what it is. Forgive yourself for feeling that way - fix what you need to fix and promise yourself not to be in that situation again.
