I broke up with my last male friend because of this very issue. He couldn't stay true just to me. He wasn't that good looking but had a way about him and he was fun. Sex addiction is like any other- you should consider getting treatment. What you're doing to all those partners isn't half as bad as what you're doing to your own sense of self worth. What happens when you meet "the one" and then f*#$! it up because of your addiction? You will blame and hate yourself, and probably wind up alone. Please consider some real help, for yourself.
