How about this....you invited him in, had sex with him and then awoke from from your drunken stupor....many girls 'awoke' (already concious)and then scream bloody rape! I've witnessed this many times in college and on the street.

Rape is sex against your will. If you said no it was rape...if you were passed out drunk you could not consent and it was rape. Women do not "ask for it". He is where he belongs
