Change your entire situation now. I mean friends, town, job, everything. Even the shell of your self needs to be left. You would be amazed at how good it feels to run and create an entire new life, including new you. (hair, makeup, clothes..etc) Or just deal with your problems head on....I chose to run. I run like Forest, and yes you can run from your problems.
